Damian Smith is a veteran law enforcement professional with more than 30 years of experience in criminal investigations, investigative supervision, and complex case analysis. Throughout his career, he served in multiple investigative roles, including Detective, Detective Sergeant, and Patrol Lieutenant, where he supervised investigations and worked a wide range of criminal cases.


Mr. Smith’s investigative experience includes violent crimes, sexual assault investigations, property crimes, and digital evidence investigations. He also worked in specialized investigative assignments involving internet crimes and technology-related investigations, providing him with extensive experience analyzing electronic evidence and investigative data.


 In addition to his investigative background, Mr. Smith previously held certifications in Cellebrite mobile device analysis and has extensive experience reviewing cellular extraction reports and digital communications obtained during criminal investigations. This background allows him to assist attorneys and organizations in understanding complex digital evidence contained in mobile devices and electronic records. 


Through Reclaim Consulting Group, Mr. Smith provides investigative consulting, criminal case review, digital evidence analysis, and investigative strategy support to attorneys, businesses, and individuals seeking experienced investigative insight.

Medical Case Documentation Specialist

Mia is a Charleston native who brings a unique blend of medical and operational experience to Reclaim Consulting Group. She previously served for five years with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) as a Kidney Transplant Specialist, where she worked closely with physicians, transplant coordinators, and patients while managing complex medical documentation and treatment coordination. Through this work, she developed extensive experience reviewing medical records, understanding clinical terminology, and navigating the detailed documentation associated with serious medical care and long-term treatment.

Mia is currently pursuing her Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), further strengthening her knowledge of clinical documentation, medical terminology, and healthcare workflow.


Following her time at MUSC, Mia transitioned into the private sector as a Project and Office Manager for a Lowcountry custom home builder, where she oversaw project coordination, scheduling, and administrative operations and client relations.


At Reclaim Consulting Group, Mia assists with medical record organization, treatment timeline development, and case documentation support, helping attorneys and legal teams navigate complex medical records more clearly and efficiently.


 Her combined background in healthcare coordination and project management supports Reclaim Consulting Group’s commitment to organized documentation and clear case support for attorneys and clients.
